Firstly, I finally reworked Cakey's AI a bit !!! So now he actually MOVES AROUND THE MAP unlike in 2.0.0!!!!

Also, something that was meant to be there since the start (but for some reason HASN'T worked) is that Cakey now speeds up with every Gifty you collect.

Chocostalk is being pushed to the side for now, as I want to revamp how he works completely.

Finally, I made an in-game dev menu to help me test things easier!
