As much as I like way coding on scratch is, the community that follows (specially fnaf) is in a very interesting spot. And it's been like this for a hot minute now.

People gas us some of the oddest tutorial fnaf fan-games I may have ever graced, and I'm not saying it's bad and all to use tutorials, but sometimes criticism needs to be established to help people grow. Aswell as people getting really dependent on the "fans" that follow. Though on that note, fans for these games need to understand not everything their creator makes is absolutely gas and critism should be said, just not in a harmful way. Now, I've gotten a fair share of critism to my games from my friends and other people and I have embraced it, and you should too its not always a bad thing to get feedback. Though you should also stand your ground: for example, if i were to have a Nickle for every person to have better shading on my characters, I would be the richest man on planet earth, but then that removes my art style (and also a good fnaf fan game doesn't have to be heavily shaded). On the note of shading, I've seen alot of people in the scratch fnaf use a lot of heavy dark shading with these wicked and "scary designs". But the issue with that is, would a child want to go near these? You need a decent split of horror and similarity to animatronics. even though looking realistic is good, finding your own artstyle is better!

At the end of the day, I know most people making these fnaf fan games are children, and so they are going to be more defensive over their arts. But hopefully one day, these same people can use criticism to help power their game to be great!
