Howdy hey!! Lets make this a quick one.
The update is finished but I am currently touching it up, adding some decor and stuff. to make the new dungeon look nice instead of an empty area.
Now I am a bit picky with this at times so I've been really slow, what should be a Decorate majority of it in an hour turns into decorate 10 tiles in 2 hours cause I I'm being FUCKIN PICKY.
TLDR: Update is technically done, I'm just slow with decorating.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
