From the games I know, the one that has the most surprisingly deep lore is Undertale, and was meant to have. It seems just a mediocre indie rpg game, but when you see what's going on with this world, you will be really surprised.

Funny that Queen's last cutscene in her normal form battle in the most recent version of deltarune as of now, her sprite just disappears, I remember it being another sprite, they may just forgot to link it when making the chapters 3 and 4 update or a bug.
