Raymond is James' evil clone, the fact that he is a Dalmatian is due to an error in the .EXE clone machine.
It started by being called Anti-James. He later called himself Raymond.
To be a villain he had to get clothes, of course, he chose brown colors.
This is basically Raymond's story.
