Reason #1 Reprised Raids aren’t canon, they only exist for content plugs, Crota was no part of any lore when they came back last season, only for the sake of content, loot, and other things. So is the case for Kings Fall during Witch Queen’s Plunder Season, and Vault in Beyond Lights Splicer Season. Although Bungie stated that SIVA is no longer something that would appear in the lore, however that doesn’t necessarily matter if it’s a candidate for being a reprised raid, remember, it’s not important to the current lore, only for content. Besides, Bungie (especially with the current Necrochasm ornament as of posting this.) still makes SIVA related skins and ornaments, despite it being irrelevant to lore, although it IS just a skin.

2. The whole 3 Episodes thought that it’s just 1 raid, 2 dungeons collective thought is just us being complete morons, bungie stated that Echoes, A.K.A. Episode 1 starts after Final Shape is done, which is more than likely after all the Raid content is done, since the Raid is released the Friday of each previously known expansion release, being Tuesday. Which would lead to Echoes and Heresy being Dungeon seasons, and Revenant obviously being the Reprised Raid season, and what would you know? Scorn are infected fallen, and Splicers are (technically) infected fallen, it just makes all the sense!

3. It simply just makes sense that despite the whole season -> episode change, they’re still going to keep the content dropping the same, at least until they either drop all destiny 1 or all raids that don’t exist in current Destiny 2. Probably by then Destiny will finally be over, at least by what I think. Then they’ll uh… I don’t know, reprise campaigns? Strikes? Make new raids? I don’t know. We’re not there just yet.

4. Being the most “Captain Obvious” reason of them all, I’ll just skip to the point.

Long answer, It just wouldn’t make sense that they wouldn’t include Wrath of The Machine after doing that for the past 3 years. Bungie is stupid, but they aren’t that vile. I can tell.
