Today was the day of super smash brothers ultimate's release for the Nintendo switch, I went to Walmart and bought the game, While playing the game I felt nostalgic and decided to play all the smash games that came before this, I started with super smash brothers 64, when the game started, I felt unnatural.. something wasn't right, What tho? Not sure, when Mario's part in the intro came up the text which had Mario's name said "Mar" the Io was gone.

I noticed something else odd in the intro, When Mario and Kirby were facing off Kirby used the face texture for when he gets hurt instead of normal texture which should be on his idle.

I chose vs mode, a 2nd Mario was in the place where fox should be... for some odd reason the CPU chose the 2nd Mario, the 2nd Mario's name was REDACTED the chars appearance was Mario's model but way darker and with a red texture.

I picked Mario to fight them.

the stage was peaches castle.

when fighting him, The % he took away from me was X3 the damage that metal Mario does, and he was way faster then Mario was. After he made me lose 2 stocks, he got way faster and stronger, he hit me 7 times, and on the eighth hit, the screen turned black, the only thing visible being being Marios %, then the red Mario appeared on screen, my % turned to 999% and Mario Screamed, He won and i lost, but there wasn't any "GAME SET" or win screen the game just softlocked.

after this, I decided not to play the other smash bro games for today.
