The next version for The Rewrite is Version 2.0, while the bug fix updates will be going with 2.1, infact, The Version 2.0 bears the name "The Expansion Update" - It will recieve some serious balance changes which will aim to make the game easy to understand and make the game enjoyable. The Game will get implented updates, today I want to go over some of them I plan.
I'll start things off with originally expanding the lore;
The original Rewrite Version v1.3-1.5 elaborated the Asteroid's Crash on Stardust Speedway, and revealed the symbiote who escaped and created the clones of them...
This time with expansion, Once the asteroid crashed, it itself made a crack and so not one, but multiple attempted to find a refuge(not to be spotted), while the main symbiote whose size is bigger, ended up trapped in a capsule, as it was learned that the symbiote's births were not from Mobius, in other words, they were not from here, They possess the intelligence to make the possessed person or the same look more powerful than before, which could leave the symbiotes a high-level threat, and they are required to capture them before they don't find a host.
As with that, some characters when completing the Special Stage, obtaining Time Stone, they will travel back to Past or be brought to alternative route where they will learn the birth of "The Perfect Metal" and the Asteroid that crashed, do more research, which leaves The Perfect Metal / Metal Sonic, up to him if he will pernamently bond with them or seperate from the symbiotes.
