Hello everyone. I'm here to discuss the recent controversy regarding Max4459, specifically him being exposed for ERP'ing with a friend of his named Milo, and I would also like to talk about my experience with him in DM's.

Buckle in, everyone, because this will be a long one.

During the Highcell situation, I was sent a message by Max regarding what OlivianBall had done and how everyone had stuck the blame on Highcell for saying that the jokes made regarding sensitive topics were out of line, and he was right. Max told me that the person responsible, Jack the Morbeldon, had made Olivian make those jokes and that he must never do so again. I, naturally, was fucking pissed. I asked Max why he wanted to expose Highcell and the rest of our group, he dodged the question and said how Jack had annoyed Kane. I then pointed out to Max that he hadn't cut him off yet, Max said he didn't understand the situation at first, I then told Max that: "You guys expose people for being utterly terrible people, you exposed Aaron for being an asshole and now what’s Jack doing? The exact same thing, on an even worse scale." Max told me that Jack had been banned from the original server and asked me to join on exposing Jack, I said no, and said none of our group want to be mentioned. Max then told me he knew who to mention and bring in to the exposure, and that we wouldn't be mentioned there.

I was willing to leave the situation here, but of course, Max can't leave stuff be.

Max came back into my DM's on the 9th of June and told me that he had spoken to Olivian and Kseniya and her friends had exposed Jack. I told Max to leave Highcell alone and he told me that he would, but of course, in typical Max fashion, he didn't. Max continuously went into Highcell's DM's asking to be forgiven and wanting to be friends again. Highcell, understandably, told him to piss off. A few unimportant messages regarding this "Internet Villains Iceberg" later, Max came to me again on the 24th of June telling me how he always felt the need to jump in to a controversy when he saw it, even if it didn't involve him. I told him "Dude, that's an awful idea." and told him the best way to resolve conflict was to gather the information and bring forward a final judgement on who is right and wrong.

Max then told me that he had done nothing when I, Highcell and our friends joined Kseniya's server, I told him that we were only fooling around and hadn't done anything wrong. Max then admitted the reason he banned us was because "we were annoying some people there". The only people that had been annoyed at us, at the time, were Max and Red. THAT WAS IT. Now, I'm going to copy some messages Max sent to me about him being done with dramas, here is the conversation that followed:

Max: "From now,i'm officially retiring from dramas for real this time."

Jam (Me): "Let’s hope you actually keep that promise this time. I don’t like being lied to."

Max: "Oh i will keep that promise. "

Jam: "You’d fucking better."

Max: "I will."

Jam: "One more lie and I’m done with you. And I’ll be telling everyone else about the lies too."

Max: "Can we just move on? I already understand." (Sure you do, Max.)

Jam: "I’m not going to move on until I know you’re being genuine."

Max: "Okay then"

Jam: "I’m fucking sick of this cycle Max. You say you’ll change and then you go right back to how you acted before."

Max: "To be honest with ya,i agree. This cycle is being very boring for me"

Jam: "Oh you finally understand that? What a shock."

As you can tell, this was just another lie spewed out by Max to help save his reputation. But, surprisingly, it gets worse. I told Max to take a break, a week or so at most. I told him this on the same day as the previous messages, June 24th. Guess what? He messages me the VERY NEXT DAY. I pointed this out, and he told me he "didn't need a few days", which is essentially his way of saying that he doesn't care. On the 26th, he told me he was done with exposing videos, and went on a 'speech' about it:

Max: "I just feel guilty for the past that happened.... It's just that i can't keep forgetting about the Columbine School Shooting joke Olivian did,it's literally making me feel like on a way of no other choice. This joke felt so horrible that it's making me have problems i can't even describe how and what got into my mind for causing this whole ordeal i absolutely regret. I feel a bit better,but still quite nervous. So i got to say...Thanks for helping me with your therapy... And this time...I'm not gonna let myself down."

WELL YA FUCKED THAT ONE UP, DIDN'T YA MA-

Oh you think the speech is done? Nope!

Max: "I will no longer be someone who does things that ruin people. I'm ending this cycle i have. Right here,right now. I have understood how exposing can ruin reputations and even make the situations worse. I will no longer put myself invovled into dramas,like i did while i was asleep that night. And finally,i promise to be an honest and think twice before doing something that would cause my downfall. This is how i shall become nowadays. Your therapy has changed me,my friend. And i'm really glad you did this to help me up."

God, with all the bullshit this guy speaks, you'd think he could run for the government. Anyway, we've now reached the 27th of June. Max asks me how I am, I say I'm fine, Max then tells me:

"Okay,i was just telling Milo to take a break from the stress and anger he's been having lately,i'm currently fine"

Yes, you didn't misread that. Max told Milo to take a break, essentially silencing his victim to his disgusting NSFW roleplays. Now, I must specify this now: I did not know about what Max had been doing with Milo behind closed doors. At the time, I just believed that Milo was just feeling down and Max was using what I had told him for Milo. I thought that maybe, just maybe, Max could improve and maybe he had taken my words to heart, he was getting better, right?

Oh, how wrong I was.

Now, I've done terrible things in the past, things I regret with all my soul, and things that I've learned are terrible. Max doesn't believe that he has done terrible things, Max doesn't regret it, Max doesn't care, Max will only treat you as a friend and they abuse your trust just to throw you under the bus when he comes under fire for his terrible actions, just as he's done with Highcell. I regret ever trusting him, and I regret ever wasting my precious time speaking to someone like him. He acted regretful and sad when with me, but when no one was looking, when it was only him and Milo, he dropped all of that, and became a true, despicable, monster.

It's ironic that he condemned Luigi Fan's actions really, because you either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain.

If you've reached the end of this extremely long comment, first, sorry about the length. I needed to get as much information into this as I could just to show how Max could win an Oscar Nomination for acting. Secondly, I want to send my prayers, wishes and thoughts out to everyone affected by him. To Milo especially, considering what he was forced to endure with Max behind closed doors. My thoughts also go to everyone who was wronged and portrayed as a villain by him, and had to endure constant attacks from people sent by Max.
