Hello,

UT: Collapsed has officially been transferred to me, Core, as the new owner. I understand that many of you were looking forward to a new chapter, and some of you may feel disappointed. I would like to sincerely apologize for that in advance.

I would like to share the future direction of Collapsed with you.

1. Expansion and improvement of the existing demo, along with restoration of scrapped content

We plan to expand and refine the current demo, including Sans’ updated design, as well as reimplement previously scrapped hidden bosses that were never released.

Since we will be working based on the original sprites rather than completely overhauling all design assets, I believe the development process will not take an excessive amount of time.

At the moment, I do not have the capacity to develop content beyond Chapter 1, and I am also working on other projects. Because of this, it may be difficult to continue development past Snowdin for now.

However, this is subject to change, and I would appreciate your understanding at this stage.

The story will also be developed based on the existing framework that was previously established.

2. Short comic

Since it would be difficult to fully convey the overall story through a demo alone, we are considering creating a short comic to share the story that takes place after the Ruins.

I am currently looking for an artist, and once one is confirmed, I will make a separate announcement regarding the comic.

To everyone who has been waiting for Collapsed, I truly have no words to fully express my gratitude and apology. While I cannot guarantee that I will lead this project perfectly, I will do my best to move it forward. Thank you, and I am sincerely sorry.
