-Fixed Killtimers for crook and mayor.
-Added perspective effect (disabled by default)
-Fixed the moons (stars) not displaying in the menu.
-Added black fade in's everywhere except in the office due to difficulties.
-Fixed Extras menu.
-upgraded way to add or decrease ai level in the custom night just like the previous port.
