Release! The build is here, and the world rejoices.

Version 1.0.0 - To quote Portal-

And we’re out of Beta, we’re releasing on time
~GlaDOS

It’s here, and I’m proud of it. No missiles, but you can fly now, so no big deal. I’ve put a changelog in the new description on the game page.

We’ve got a linux build! :D

Soccer mode is better, the main map is better, the controls are just as crazy as ever.

And now for the important stuff.
The Problem
The Network went down today, something I hadn’t planned for. As a result, for that brief hour, players would be stuck on the main menu without being able to play the game. A similar situation showed up roughly 8 months ago when the game was flooded - only 20 could play at a time, but hundreds were waiting with nothing to do.

This is unacceptable, So I’ve spent today writing some more code to fix it.

The Solution
Play offline. If for whatever reason it can’t find the network, it’s down, or the game somehow has more than 20 people on it, the play offline button will appear. You’ll still have the full experience, it’ll just be more lonely. (Side note: Different day times don’t work as that relies on network data)

I hope you all enjoy it, I’m mpre than happy to respond to any questions about anything, and I do listen to requests.

May your tractors ever be tumbling,
~Navi
