February didn't go according to plan... but what do we have in the end! This month I've been mainly preparing pages for a couple of my games on Steam, and before that I released my own license for the source code of my games.
Web pages for games
At the very beginning of February, with the release of a small update for Fall Dash: Classic, which was written about in the January results, I made a small web page for one game with a description and screenshots of the game, as well as all the necessary links.

It turned out quite well. From now on, such pages will be created for each of the games. Such pages are good because they provide everything you need at once, be it links to the game itself, description, screenshots or even links to mediakits and source code.
The API module is finally ready
Since November, in order to speed up updates of my old games, I've been developing a special module, which is a unified system for working with APIs of different platforms. Before its existence, I had to make the systems of achievements, records and other things anew for each subsequent game.
In early February, the API module was finally finalized and has been ready to use ever since.

The module is responsible for getting achievements, sending records, sending saves to the cloud, and other things. The module includes a set of out-of-the-box solutions for working with the API, and its purpose is to quickly implement features into the game.
Although I created the module primarily for myself and my needs, I am ready to share it with you. If you are working on Clickteam Fusion 2.5 and plan to release your games on many platforms, this module will make your work much easier. All the necessary information can be found on the module's pages on GitHub and in the Steam workshop.

GKProduction Open Source License v1.0
This month my source code license was finally finalized and published.

The license was developed for a reason. It marks the beginning of the gradual publication of the source code for most of my games this year.
The release of the source code means that you will be able to make and release various modifications to GKProduction games while abiding by the terms of the license under which I release the source code. A new time for the community is coming.
Eventually I will start publishing the source code itself, but for now only the source code for Fall Dash: Classic has been published.

Community survey about GKProduction games and news
Last month I did a community poll about rules and moderation. This month, I've done a similar poll, but about the games themselves, and news about them.

The survey is still open, so if you have something to say about GKProduction games, or if you'd just like to give your feedback, please follow the link below.

Mystery Chamber Classic - Working on the game
I had planned to devote a month to the final update of Mystery Chamber Classic, number 1.3. The goals of the update are:
Small adjustments to the game itself and bringing it up to my personal standards;
Technical improvements to the game's state and source code.
The source code is being reworked due to the imminent publication of the source code itself. The community has created modified versions of this game before, so I felt it was my duty to clean up the code and rebuild the game so that further modding would not be a problem for the authors. Fortunately, the game is simple enough to rework.

The update and source code would quite possibly have been posted in February by now, but no sooner had I gotten the hang of it than I suddenly had to be distracted by...
GKProduction games on Steam

It's done. I finally got determined and started preparing for the release of most of my games on Steam! This month I have already prepared and published pages for:
Five Nights with Froggy
Mystery Chamber World
It took quite a long time to prepare them, oddly enough. I first started working on Steam back on February 9. I spent the next few days working on promotional materials for the games, some of them redesigned from scratch.

I express huge gratitude and say a big thank you to Damir for his help with purchasing credits for publishing games on Steam. If it wasn't for Damir, I wouldn't have been able to break through to Steam.
Over time, pages for my other games will be published as well. They will be released on Steam along with the release of updates. Keep an eye on the GKProduction page on Steam!

It was a February full of hot steam. In March you'll see a couple more pages on Steam, and I'll continue working on MC Classic.
