Occupation: Being locked in her room due to her insanity and power, will occasionally be let out.

Goals: Assassinate Blitera and take the Bliterian Throne.

Abilities: Unable to age, telekinesis, pyrokinesis, void control, and teleportation (cannot teleport out of universes).

Appearance: Rifa looks notably similar to Blitera, however, instead of being in a red cloak, she is in an orange cloak, with the triangular hole down the middle instead going up to the head, and being moved up to where it is much smaller. She also has a flower crown on her head, given to her by Blitera when they were children. She is also missing the cape on her cloak.

Rifa Heia is the sister of Blitera Heia. She used to be a normal human, and stayed like that for years. However, Blitera travelled back in time to when she was alive to recruit her for the Bliterian Empire.

Blitera, realizing she had no powers, gave her some of the magic powers he had.

Having noticed that she had no K1 corruption in her, he corrupted her. However, he accidentally overloaded her with K1 Corruption. This caused her to become mentally unstable, and extremely dangerous with her new powers and insanity.

Blitera, in an attempt to lessen the corruption, injected void into her. However, the void fused with her, and added to her power. He knew he had to find some way to keep the empire safe from her, so he locked her in a constantly monitored room.

However, sometimes, she escapes this room, or gets temporarily let out by high ranking empire members. She typically gets put back in after a short amount of time, though.
