Pretty much UnderToad but in the form of Dusttale (aka DustToad/ToadDust).

This is based off an art by SMRO13 and I thought it would be cool to make an art/recreation of it in my style ^^ (I may not know what RS!DustToad is but it seems pretty cool with it being both a take on Undertoad and DustToad with its own things)
