RULES!!:
1: do not use copyrighted characters
2: dont make it gorey or nsfw because scratch prob wont let me..
3: make sure to say Rare or NOT Rare because we will have rare enemies in the future..
4: dont add more then 2 attacks (unless its a miniboss)
