you first go to the hallway of the police station
click on samp's door, after that go talk with the chief and get 2 pesetas(you have to give him 1 by 1 becauses there isn't a second slot)
after giving him the pesetas, go to thomas's house and ask for his turn-into-metal-inator, you need 3 pesetas for that
go to the bank and click on the atm, the atm will break because it's held by painted sticks and glue, get 3 pesetas
go to fruitloop's store and hide there
after that, go to thomas's house and get his turn-into-metal-inator, you'll...turn into metal.
after that, go back to the police station's hallway and click on samp's door again to bail him out!
