Scrapped phone panel in FNaF UE 2 from 2017

I don't remember if I ever posted this here before but I will now because I thought it was lost media. FNaF UE 2 originally had a phone panel. As you can see, one of its functions was closing and opening the doors and another was fixing FNaF 3 type errors. There errors were fully coded in and functional during development, however, this entire thing had to be removed at the last minute. Testing the game at the maximum difficulty with all the characters you know in the released version turned out to be very bad. For one, it was very inconvenient and sluggish to have to go to a panel to close/open the doors rather than having the easily accessible buttons at each door, especially when you had to do it quickly. And also the errors did nothing more but to get in the way of key reactionary moments. They weren't balanced like they should have been at all and ended up breaking the flow of the game and making it plain unfair. And I also lacked the skills and mindset to salvage them in any way so the only option for me at the time was to remove them. This is probably what caused the early game to feel so empty and uneventful but at least it was balanced. The idea was interesting but the poor execution made it nothing more than a cheap gimmick. I am currently considering the idea of bringing back the phone panel but with entirely different functions and mechanics, nothing like this crap, though I don't promise anything. Ultimately it'll be ironed out during development

When "Dying in Fire" goes wrong

Help guys, the card game got the mfa!!! I want it back >:(

Oh hey, I still have the mfa for the "Card Game". It's just a bunch of objects with no code and I've forgotten all ideas I had about this and nothing is written down... Maybe I should just copy Inscryption idk

Imagine Medieval FNaF

For this Christmas I will remind you of this banger by epicsurfing

Can we all agree that this is the best edit in FNaF history
