Ok I know I swore to no longer redesign neon, but nothing much changed, it's only the artstyle and gave him spots

I remember drawing this when I saw the minecraft movie design for the creeper, just thought i'd post it here cuz why not :)

After long amounts of thinking...I am not ready to let this game die yet...

So, I raise the curtain once more. This game will be being made in Ren'Py though, since RPG Maker keeps dying due to the game and not other projects.
