Why is YouTube on my tv playing video with people who speak english but the video it's self is Spanish

The problem is NOT i cant speak or understand spanish because i clearly can for most parts since im hispanic and i learned spanish


The problem is why are some videos english but video that speak english have a spanish voices on top of it

And it's not a setting issue since YouTube on my tv is english

Watch me delete this post since i found the issue
