Short Devlog #6


Okay, so I took a day off yesterday to relax do some school work and play some games. but today I got back on the grind and I got a
drum roll please
Basic inventory system up and running
This will really allow me to expand the game into what I want it to be.
Currently, I need to have a chat with my art dude bro and talk about the graphics for the UI of the inventory and the art for all the items in the game. This is another step towards an open beta of the game.

inventory = more story
more story = more content
more content = better beta
better beta = happy peeps
happy peeps = happy me.
we are getting there.

Oh and by the way posts may be shorter and a little less frequent because I have a lot of school work and projects to do so I will be putting more time into that and less into the game. I will still try to work on the game every day for at least an hour or two and ill post dev logs once I have enough to show you guys. Right now there is not enough work on the inventory for me to show to you guys right now but in a couple days ill get a video of the inventory system for you guys,

Next up

Little Update So I have fixed a bug that has been breaking the shop. But hey now it works and i have even put in a description for the ships. Now im going to keep working on the debris and soon reworking the starting cutscene.

Heya! I wanted to show some gameplay progress i made so far. I hope you like it ^^

Sometimes the suction cup get sticky. Small animation I made in Blender after doing my tutorial on picking up/dropping objects in animations. Crate model by jQueary (https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/game-ready-sci-fi-crate-d98deca6…).

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.
