FAQ even though I typed these for the description so no one actually asked:
Q: "Is this for a new mod?"
A: "Yep."
Q: "Is it a full game?"
A: "Nope, just a one fight like usual."
Q: "Are you updating Hart's Perspective?"
A: "Nope. I can't be bothered to import all the new stuff I made for this into that."
Q: "Are those seriously ALL of Hart's skills?"
A: "Of course not! I removed the ones that I wasn't gonna show in this video. There will be more than what you see here, I can promise you that."
Q: "Wowie the animations look smooth (or janky) as hell! Why is that?"
A: "I cannot make animation sprites for the life of me (which is why the original Hart's Perspective had frankensteined sprites) so I segmented each body part, mostly the arms. That way, they can move later when animated as opposed to manually making the body parts move when spriting."
Q: "When will this mod be released?"
A: "Sometime before this year ends. Usually, I allow myself to work on these projects at my own pace, but I have something important I need to release on New Year's Eve, and I want this mod to come before that."
Q: "Do you have any fun facts about this teaser?"
A: "Cool Bug Fact: Each combo dial is meant to represent Hart's skills in a weaker version. Jaw Snapper is Brutalize, Gullet Chop is Decimate, and Cave In is Lovely Slammer, though Calcitrate isn't exactly Long Slam, I just wanted to give him a kick move."
Q: "Can I use this for my own projects when you're done with it?"
A: "Yep. (Please let it be @jackallen99 )"
