added a couple new options for a RGB countdown and a RGB clock

its pretty intensive so i wouldnt get it if you have a weak pc

you can also look for it on steam if you dont trust the links i sent
(you can toggle the really bright effects if you dont want that, theres a lot of toggles. by default the god rays and bloom are off.)
