C.P&W Railroad was a railroad steam tourist line in Bloomberg PA but 117 was originally a0-4-0st made by Vulcan Iron Works and it worked at L.V.C Co or Lehigh Valley Coal Company the locomotive is painted in a mix of the two liveries it had through the years. "but why is it on static display now?" Because the railroad closed in the 70's so it kinda just jumped from place to place for 30 years until the NJMT bought it and it's two carriages and now it's on static display at the museum.
