suprisingly, they both have catchphrases, and they sound pretty similar when thinking bout it, uzi's catchphrase is "bite me!" and bender's is "bite my shiny metal @$" they both have the word "bite" in it, and is a type of "bugger off" type insult
similarity #2 eliminating humans
uzi and bender both have tendencys to wipe out the human race, in the first episode of murder drones, uzi says she will kill all humans, and on the third episode of futurama, bender becomes the kind of leader of a robot planet, lying that he has killed multiple humans, saying "kill all humans!" at the end of it
similarity #3 years of living
they both live in the same century, but a few years apart, uzi, living in 3071, while bender is living in 3000-3012
similarity #4 origin
not suprising, they both got built instead of being born, uzi has been (theoricaly) built by her father, khan doorman, and her mother, whos name is unknown, but bender was built in 2996 by a huge mechanical arm, and one time he said that his grandmother was a bulldozer.

thats all the similarities i can mark out from them, there might be more than 4 similarities, and its a little rushed instead of the murder drones iceberg and ships explained thing.
and i think that uzi's partly inspired by bender because of the similarities, or its just coincidence
