I don't know why I never wanted to say but I'm from the world of Rugby

In South Africa we don't get a summer break since our seasons are way different than the USA

Summer is from November-January

Autumn is from February-April

Winter is from May-July

And Finally Spring is from August-October

So while everyone on Christmas is wearing 2 jackets here in South Africa it's probably the hottest day of the year.

Every term we write exam and we get holiday after that every term. For example:

Term 1 we get about a week off

Term 2 however is the equivalent to your "Summer Break" even tho here it's peak winter

Term 3 is another week or 2

And Term 4(final term) is the December Holiday.

I like South Africa. South Africa is my Braai to my Broodjie(South African Slang)

Also it's probably day in America while it's at the moment 12:40AM In the morning so i better sleep
