drawing figures from a movie screenshot was surprisingly helpful to me (it's the letter spam titled one)
I'm bland and used Marvel movies as the study material
but it helped me to understand proportions tad better- studying through something I very much enjoy- I see no disadvantage

I've been using wrong terms, it's not quite asthma and asthma attacks cuz that'd be way more serious and I'd die without a medication, it's exercise-induced asthma and hard shortness of breath that I've been having
