Upon having an eye contact with or being nearby it in radius of 30 studs, the survivor starts draining his 4 HP per second and the grey static occurs nearly blocking their vision. It also makes them unable to sprint.
DARKER VISION
Type: Passive Ability
Every time it's chosen to the next round, the map becomes darker to the survivors. It doesn't affect to its own.
FIND MY PAGES
Type: Passive Ability
Slenderman each time it places pages it becomes faster and it can do more damage to the survivors. If the amount of pages will be four or higher, they won't be able to complete tasks unless they'll tear them off.
ABILITIES
TELEPORTATION
Type: Mobility/Boost/Highlighting
Upon the activation, Slenderman teleports to the nearest survivor with a jumpscare and gray static for 4 seconds. Also, gives it a slight speed boost and the survivor it teleported got highlighted for 6 seconds. If the pages are placed, it can choose the destination it wants to teleport.
That's an EXE's removed ability with some tweaks.
COOLDOWN: 18 seconds
PAGES
Type: Buff/Trap
Slenderman places a page on the wall thanks to what it can empower itself and use TELEPORTATION to any destination it wants. However, to weaken it to the primary state, survivors can tear off the pages via interaction keybind. The max. pages amount is eight.
COOLDOWN: 6 seconds
