Small update
Character:
- buff fell sans dmg
- buff outer sans hp
- nerf coin requiredment for ruindust (350 -> 250)
Boss:
- nerf waterfall dust defense (15 -> 10)
Extra:
- Add description about character skills (you can see it by touching skill icon)
