Now that Smiler is no longer holding a grip on FNaS for good...what will happen to Greenlit? The simple answer is...nothing! I don't let the mere presence of some big shot who stole another's platform (in this case, Ian) influence what I do to my own creation. In fact, Smiler's departure brings me hope in what the future of FNaS will bring. Hopefully people will realize they don't have to follow whatever he forced onto his projects and instead do whatever they want, but that's just wishful thinking.
