Skye is the queen of bones, origin still not deciding just yet (or backstory).

Mad is a shapeshifter in a way since he has a lava spirit form, a small bean form (that can and will take your kneecaps), and a water spirit form

The lore might be based off of mythology (our own made up mythology not any actual already existing mythology) with gods and stuff since strange things keep happening on the server and being discovered. A floating torch in a village that has no villagers but also no cobwebs or missing blocks/ruined houses. Messages that were sent minutes to hours ago being sent again at random times. Things that shouldn't quite exist but do somehow, and a few other things that will be left in shadow for a bit of build up
