Most of the monesters in the underground has gone mad.
But some has manged to keep on their sanity.
Meet UPL!Papyrus, he lives with Toriel and Sans due to it's dangerous to live in snowdin.
He made some puzzles around ruins. And Sans just `forgets` to calibrate them.
His clothes are darker due to the natural dust around Ruins.
