-level designer (should be as long as an average s3 level, should not be too simple to play!)

-make sure conics flying ability cant be taken advantage of by adding blocking or tall areas made to prevent the player from passing
-areas should not feel too empty

Can follow the average sonic 1-2 artstyle
Can create decent modern design sprites in that style
