freddy: moves in the same path every time, get's faster as it gets hotter

foxy and bonnie: if one of them is active they will always be active, if both are they will always swap

BB and JJ: whenever the camera goes up, one of them will apepar

all of the vent characters (exept mangle): they all take the same paths

the puppet: the music box goes at the same speed no matter what

phantom freddy: he always phases into the office, there's nor andomness to him

nightmare freddy: the freddles always show up when the camera is up and the amount that appear are determined by time on the monitors

the plushie trio: all have a set pattern, even if the order is random if more than one is active, they are all the same anyway so it makes no difference

jack-o-chica: always appears when it is too hot

music man: always activates when it's too loud, he kills you based on how long you have the noise meter up

lefty: always gets angery at heat and noise

so out of 50 characters only 18 have absolutely no RNG attatched. I can see the complaints
