The UTTP (also known as the Utube Troll Police, which is ironic since they themselves are trolls) are a... Unique... type of people to say the least, since I don't have a proper introduction I'll just get into it

1. Their YouTube presence; The UTTP proudly resides on YouTube (since it's literally in their name) going around being dicks to everyone, they aren't as common as they used to be but still are a problem, they go around occasionally telling people that they have a strike and saying their content is better (even if they don't have any content) while calling you a slur using symbols (mainly the n-word), since they can't do much they're mainly a minor inconvenience, on other websites tho... Yeah...

2. Their presence on other websites; This is mainly a problem on gamejolt (since I've encountered literally 2 in the past year) since they have the power to upload images/gifs in comments and gamejolt moderation isn't that great either, so combining those two factors together and you get bad things, in which I'll go over now, from least common to most common;

   • Sexual content (aka cornography); Occasionally on the rare chance you find a UTTP member, they'll have sexual/explicit content their account (most of the time it's straight up s€x but other times other types of cornographpy will show up too), most of the time it's a gif or video with the occasional bit of audio (as from experience I can say this truthfully), IF YOU SEE ANY ACCOUNT LIKE THIS REPORT IT IMMEDIATELY.

   • Gore; An example of this would be an account that posted cat gore (not saying the account name as that would be promoting it and I don't remember it either way). Sometimes whenever they're an argument (losing or not)

   • Racism; Self explanable, they go around calling/saying slurs to internet users (primarily the n-word, since it's basically their go-to word when they don't got shit to say), simple as that.

The UTTP isn't as much of a presence anymore as it used to in the early 2020s (mainly 2022-2023), but it still very much exists and there could still be a bunch of UTTP members among us (funny among us joke pls laugh 😭🙏🥀), if you find one report it as soon as POSSIBLE, since they are a menace and a problem that could ruin or damage the state of internet users (primarily YouTube and Gamejolt users), hell, UTTP members could still be on other sites like TikTok or Instagram and we wouldn't know it. Now, I get it, these people can't be older than 15-16, but still, they should know better and know that posting/saying these types of things are wrong and could even get them HURT/put IN DANGER if they say these types of things to the wrong person/group. So please, spread the word and help fight against the UTTP so they don't plague the thing we call, the Internet.
