So, there's a weird thing going on in character ai (explanation in article)

So for some reason, whenever I try to search for a character, it doesn't appear! I tried everything, even going to the site! But it just doesn't work! I don't really understand why that is going on… is character ai going in an update or something? But anyways, if you know what that's happening, please tell me
