So, it would likely be something exclusive to the genocide route, where some NPCs in the overworld wouldn't just disappear when the route starts, but instead, you have to go up to them and trigger dialogue, which ends with the option to fight them or not. You'd have to fight and kill every overworld NPC that remains despite you being on the genocide route.
Does this sound like a decent feature?
