You can see it's hand drawed and it looks like it was drawed by a child. That's because Isaac invented EVERYTHING.

He's not corrupted by sin. His mother doesn't have to do a sacrifice. Everything is invented by him.

Even in the ending he appears smiling at the drawing!

When we play, it's just Isaac's imagination, imagining he's in such a dangerous and bloody situation. (why does that rhyme)
