All Papyrus' abilities are mirror of Sans' powers. They have same magic of bones and blue magic, but everything else is pretty different. Papyrus don't have Karmis Retribution, Gaster Blasters and short-cuts, he's unique in his own way. In that way that no one can match the Great Papyrus, nye-he-he!
Basically it's not fully Dustbelief take, Papyrus didn't go on full Genocide and didn't go insane. Yes, on emotions he kills Undyne, Royal Guard and Mettaton, but he didn't harm innocent people.
No Gaster in game. No over-powered Sans and Papyrus. No 999 Phases. Game will be very balanced to be no-hittable and enjoyable to most of players. Still it will be hard since it's genocide route.
No overworld for this game. For now. We want to go with idea of Sans narrating the story outside the battles, but it requires many stylized arts like in UT Prologue. It's hard to find proper artist. We will think about it.
I don't want to give any release date. I already fucked up once with Facing Demons. Now we will make trailer the week before the actual release to have time to test everything.
So yeah, now this IS Papyrus fight lmao.
