fun fact : ive never really had an idea on what to call what sols story really is , ive thought about calling it "the troxler effect" (aka the funny thing that happens when you look at a mirror for too long) , but mirrors arent really associated with the story at all , but i thought that thing the troxler effect is basically like hallucinating and your reality being warped , it had some sort of relation with the kind of connection sol and amber had (how amber is able to warp and change sols reality as much as it desires , making it difficult for him in the present time but things DO end up getting better for him when he realizes everything was for a good cause . basically like how amber is a literal god compared to sol based on what it can do with his life)
