So after the first showcase of the Deltarune Mode showcase, BlueTowel made a UI sprites for it and this is how it looks like now:
I finally added the "Defend" button, there wasn't a one before. Honestly, it wasn't that hard to do.
Also, the face can shift depending your HP.
