****FIRSTLY: If you're a Lisa fan, don't take this one too seriously. Most of the things I'm gonna say here against Lisa are gonna be jokes which I don't really mean. This picture I was sent by someone has a few topics I actually planned to talk about. If you can't take it, leave.****
"Where's the 20 hours of nothing?"
Yeah ain't I gonna say that about Lisa in disappointment when it got even less, 7-8 hours of nothing?
Honestly, whenever someone says "20 hours of nothing" to defame Omori, I don't even need any other statement from them to confirm that they're ignorant to the game and have low patience level. The game made it quite too obvious that Sunny wanted to hide the truth, which is basically the lore, from himself as much as possible. That's why headspace even existed.
And in Hikikomori route, it was (in)directly explained why Headspace was like that and contained all those specific bosses and fights.
I, for myself, did enjoy Headspace. And it is exactly what even made Omori hard hitting. It made Omori look cheerful most of the times, then gave it's blow at the end parts and made it APPEAR hard hitting.
"W-Why are the characters so engaging???"
Yeah! The characters in Lisa are SO engaging that I don't even remember half of 'em!
Honestly I don't even know what's up with this one.
"GRAHHH WHERE'S THE PLOTHOLES"
Oh, there ARE alot in Lisa. You're just ignoring them.
Honestly most of the times I don't even bother much with plotholes thingy if they aren't too apparent.
Also, I've seen what people call certain things in Omori as "plotholes"... Most of them either aren't even that big of a deal to get frustrated about, or aren't even plotholes to begin with.
Also, in Lisa? There's one part in the game that's a new low even for a plothole.
There's a moment in the game where you accidentally throw gasoline on some children while they have a burning matchstick right infront of them. Obviously, they start burning but instead of running around in terror, they just sit there. Heck there isn't even a soundtrack that would make it seem like they are screaming in terror otherwise. They even looked like they were just sitting calmly while burning into ashes.
And the one who was taking care of them didn't even fight out of anger. Now even if you could give an explanation like "he definitely wasn't the type to fight", How on this planet earth are you gonna give me a logical explanation of those kids sitting so calmly there while burning and not even twitching?
"Where's the unfunny overused fanjokes?!!?!"
Yeah there aren't even any unfunny or overused jokes made by Lisa fandom because they were too preoccupied crapping on other indie games to even bother cracking even an unfunny joke.
And from image, I'm guessing they're referring to Kel memes like "Every Kel meme is canon"... So I'm assuming they didn't bother seeing any other jokes and memes afterwards.
"WHERES THE CHILD P###"
...
You know what's crazy and ironic here? It's actually Lisa that even implies something similar to child r###. And in the entirety of Omori, there isn't even a single implication of child p### or anything like that.
And if it's the fandom's doing being talked about here, maybe there's a thing called "R34", which means people probably have made filth like that of Lisa aswell. And it wouldn't be a surprise if those people who made that of Lisa are part of the Lisa fandom themselves.
"What the hell why is the writing holding up for a replay!"
As someone who has known the entire writing of Lisa The Painful, nope, the writing does NOT hold up for a replay. The only things that would even hold up the game for a replay would be stuff like missed content and difficulty level not bothered with yet and the fact that it's a short game. Even Undertale held up for a replay not because of the writing but the bullet hell of the game and missed content.
So yeah, Lisaheads......
You all will have to.....
