Photon is the Co-Founder of The Hero Association, right next to Jocorith. Photon was able to group all the heroes together, help them get acquainted and even team some up depending on their skills and personalities. Photon's abilities include the ability to control all forms of energy as well as conjure strong magic spells. He was self-taught at a monk school for years and then decided to take this opportunity to move into New Ninja City and establish a business empire.

Blackout is a secret agent working for The Orochi Foundation. His boss, Dr. Neuron [The second in command] has tasked him with killing Photon and a couple other lesser Heroes. Blackout's abilities include him being able to manipulate shadows and darkness to his will, including changing his own form into a shadow.

Shadowcat was once a human, but after being experimented on by The Orochi Foundation, this human was transformed into Shadowcat. Just like Blackout, it is able to change into a shadow and move like one, making Shadowcat's strikes quick and painful. Shadowcat obeys all commands given to him by Dr. Neuron and Blackout.

Dark Matter is Blackstar's older brother. After their father passed, Blackstar was then elected ruler of the Empire and not him, this enraged him. Dark Matter and Blackstar would battle, resulting in Dark Matter's banishment to the Shadow Realm. Dark Matter is just as strong as Blackstar and does not show any mercy to those who oppose him.

Mer is Dark Matter's co-henchman. Mer is lanky and has very swift movements and can attack quickly.

Der is Dark Matter's other co-henchman. Der is also lanky, but his attacks are more unpredictable. When he fuses with Mer to create Merder, their body becomes far more malformed with dark matter and energon matter.

Blaze Knight is a low-ranking Hero in the Hero Association. Despite this, he is still quite strong, maybe not being as strong as Knight but still being exceptionally swift with a blade [even if that blade is made of fire and not metal].

Skulker is Blackstar's Second in Command. Skulker is also Blackstar's lead commander in his army. Skulker owns all of the gun ships they have as well as the vessels they use to fly throughout the interdimensional empire Blackstar owns. Skulker can teleport and cause people to levitate using small but speedy pellets of levitations. Skulker is also extremely loyal and willing to fight anyone without fear if it means to protect the empire and it's leader, Blackstar.
