The game is now ON HOLD for some reasons. They are below:

Tails' levels are done!
Even if its on hold, that doesnt mean that its cancelled. When the Knuckles' levels are done, then (i hope) we will release the second demo. (end of post)
also this thing is insane for a game that was made in like a week (that's the time span in which we finished demo 1 (well at least for me it is))
