In the name of Allah the most beneficent and merciful
Did We not expand for you, [O Muhammad], your breast.
And We removed from you your burden.
Which had weighed upon your back.
And raised high for you your repute.
For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease.
Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease.
So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship].
And to your Lord direct [your] longing.

the Ayat 3:134 of Quran is very effective in calming anxiety and controlling anger:
3:134 الَّذِينَ يُنفِقُونَ فِي السَّرَّاءِ وَالضَّرَّاءِ وَالْكَاظِمِينَ الْغَيْظَ وَالْعَافِينَ عَنِ النَّاسِ ۗ وَاللَّهُ يُحِبُّ الْمُحْسِنِينَ
Translation: Those who spend both in prosperity and in adversity; who are restrainers of anger/rage, and are forgiving to people;- for Allah loves those who do good;-

Allohumma rohmataka arjuu, falaa takilni ilaa nafsii thorfata ‘ainin wa-ashlihlii sya-nii kullah, laa ilaaha illaa anta
“ O Allah, to your blessings I hope. Please do not leave me to myself even in a blink of an eye, please fix all my affairs for me. Theres no God except you”
