He is "NOT" a retake of the original Sonic EXE or Sonic EXE Itself, it's an original idea i had for him.
His EXE Game won't be a retake of the original exe, it will start out like it with tails but with something else and more locations to the EXE game( if he gets one that is.)
His Evolved form with be used in a secret ending inside of the game.
If your using him in a project as a easter egg, be sure to let me know with permission to use him in certain projects. You can also do fanart when ever you like.
