So a month or two ago, me & my mom were at the doctor appointment. While we were waiting for the doctor, the papers about me were in plain sight, so my mom may have read it & found out that they have been mentioning me as depressed on the papers. My mom said nothing to me about it when she saw it until we got back in the car. Something I noticed on it when we got to our next appointment is that there were questions on it. I'm assuming I was suppose to write answers on them (Now that I think about it, I do remember going to a different doctor & I was asked questions on a paper). The question that stood out to me that most was "How long have you felt hopeless?". The answer says "Several days". I LITERALLY DID NOT WRITE THAT, HOLY SHIT! The doctors were definitely changing the answers to make me look depressed, and I do NOT like it at all! Anyway, just making a post about this because it's been a little while since I posted.
