sometimes it feels like my throat is being blocked shut or sum but people force me to speak to them because they feel like I hate them, or fucking SOMETHING idk, sometimes it feels like physical pain


sometimes I hate speaking so much I wish I just ended up mute but I think that's probably weird or bad or idk disrespectful to actual people who cant speak
