Save system - self explanatory.
Hud fix - the hud no longer follows the player around awkwardly, and now has a new look.
Resolution - shortcut for fullscreen shown at the title, the window itself is now resizable.
Secret boss - unlockable boss fight. may or may not be harder than the actual final boss.
*Final boss - Fixed blaster timing, boss HP is now shown at the bottom of the screen.
