-this dude is not a perfect hero whatsoever he’s a cocky overconfident guy but also caring and encourages others to follow their dreams in his own way

• he’s a flawed hero for example his cockiness can get him carried away with what he’s meant to be doing, he gets distracted very easily and doesn’t really do plans and wings it

-he likes to mock and have banter with his friends especially knuckles, and has is own way of greeting certain people (obviously) he has a brother dynamic with tails and I can see him playing along with Amy’s jokes about them getting married (cause and point that cutscene where she breaks him out of prison

-speaking of his friends whenever he comforts them his way of doing it is to encourage them to pick themselves up and he makes sure they know their biggest strengths (for example he often reminds tails that he is good enough and is really smart)

-he’s a stubborn/determinded guy ngl he takes bets seriously this definitely makes good for his heroism as he never gives up and brushes himself off(so what we know anyway)

-let’s be real we all know sonic has adhd( he constantly needs to be reminded by tails what he’s meant to get for his inventions)

-HE MIGHT collect gaming consoles

-he has a high image of himself but he knows when to bring himself down to earth so he doesn’t become and ass which he sometimes can be

-bros just silly

-he’s a passive aggressive sore loser (lil bitch)

-he’s not really interested in romance he feels like he would be a bad partner because of his free spirited attitude and how he’s never in a single place so he wouldn’t be able to spend time with his partner… he does take interest in people though

-like he is canonically he hates oppression of any kind and will fight a bitch over it

-he’s very street smart and of average intelligence

idk if these count as headcanons because a lot of people probably think about sonic like this anyway or different aspects of some of these idk I’ve never really though about my headcanons on sonic it’s just better and more humanisation of his personality traits like his cockiness
